  • Stand on your right leg
  • Move your left leg out and your right arm high
  • Move your right arm and your left knee together to maintain balance

Wii Fit Plus Tip:

Add ankle and wrist weights to strengthen your shoulder and hip muscles as well.


Wii Fit Routine Challenge:

Try doing these slowly and with your eyes closed.  How is your balance?
