Muscle Group: Tones your triceps
  • Raise your right arm straight up into air, place your left hand on your right tricep to steady your arm.
  • Lower your right hand down  behind your back
  • (Optional) For a stretch gently pull your right elbow with your left hand
  • Return your right arm to its raised position

Add wrist weights or hold a dumbbell to really get the most out of this exercise
