Side Lunge Side Lunge

  • Stand on the board, and extend one leg out to the side (about the width of another balance board apart).
  • Extend one arm upward, and place the other arm accross your belly.
  • Bend the leg that is on the board, and lean over to that side keeping the leg that is off of the board straight.
  • Stabalize the balance in your bent leg as you stretch.
