Deep breathing is a great way to settle yourself before you begin your workout. It is very useful between yoga exercises to relax your body and prepare your mind. We all have long days, and this is Your time, take a deep slow breath and smile as you exhale.

Close your eyes, try to free your mind from distraction.  Concentrate instead on your breathing. Follow your breath through your nose and all the way into your abdomin, fill your abdomin with as much air as you can until you can feel your stomach stretching. Then hold your breath for a few seconds and slowly exhale through your mouth.
