How to unlock: At the beginning

Muscle Group: Stretches and tones abdominals 
For this exercise, first center yourself, make sure your spine is straight, then slowly bend to each side while preventing your body from leaning forwards or back until you begin to feel the stretch in your side.

Wii Fit Plus Tip

Once you feel the stretch follow your breath as you did with deep breathing. Relax your abdomin as you inhale and exhale deeply, feel your abdominal muscles stretch as you expand your abdomin.
