How to unlock: At the beginning


Muscle Group: Tones thighs and glutes



  • Spread your legs until they are about 1.5 shoulder lengths apart.
  • Point your front toe forward and your back toe at a 90 angle.
  • Slowly bend your front leg, but do not let your knee move past your toe.
  • Raise your arms so that they are level and relax your shoulders, until you feel a stretch through your arms. Once you attain your position concentrate on your breath.
