Muscle Group: Tones the lower back and thighs while stretching the hamstrings
- Spread your legs about 2 shoulder lengths apart. Bend down and place your left hand on your right foot. Try to keep your upper body straight
- With your back straight slowly twist your upper body towards the right and try to keep your weight from shifting. When you can't twist any more, stretch your right arm upward.
- Now slowly turn your head to look at your raised arm.
