Muscle Group: Tones the upper arms and if you put your feet flat on the floor you stretch your calves simultaneously


  • Get down onto your hands and knees. Keep your arms straight and relax your upper back between the shoulder blades, you should feel them touch each other.
  • Exhale and shift your weight back onto your legs, keeping your knees bent, until your arms and back form a single line.
  • Slowly straighten your legs, try to keep both feet on the floor. Relax your neck and feel the weight of your head stretch out your back.
