  • Lie down flat on the floor with your arms stretched out.
  • Bend your left knee and place your left leg over your right.
  • With your right arm push your knee towards the floor
  • Now slowly turn your head to the left and hold, you should feel the stretch in your hips and back.

Space Jockey
When I touch my knee to the floor I can't get my shoulder to touch the floor like the game says it should. How do you do it, i can get within about 4 inches of the floor but can't touch it. If I do touch it my knee raises up. Suggestions?
