Shoulder Stand

  • Lie down with your back on the floor
  • Lift your hips off the floor and slowly bring your legs up and over your head.
  • Place your arms against your back to create a support for your weight. Try to make your back as straight as possible or the next step will be more difficult
  • Slowly lift your legs, one at a time, and make sure your hips are aligned with your shoulders, this will help you balance better.
