Shoulder Stand

  • Lie down with your back on the floor
  • Lift your hips off the floor and slowly bring your legs up and over your head.
  • Place your arms against your back to create a support for your weight. Try to make your back as straight as possible or the next step will be more difficult
  • Slowly lift your legs, one at a time, and make sure your hips are aligned with your shoulders, this will help you balance better.

I can only ever seem to put my legs behind my head when I'm playing at the end of the day. It's probably because my legs are used to moving lots at the end of the day more than when I've just got out of bed.
