- Place your foot behind you and get a good, wide base.
- Inhale, raise your hands up along your sides and bring your palms together.
- Release and bring your hands together behind your back along your spine with your fingers pointing up (if this is too difficult, cross your arms behind your back.)
- Exhale, and slowly bend your upper-body forward.
- Be sure to bend from your hips and not your back.
- Hips parallel to the floor, pull your chin to your chest and stretch your neck.
