  • Place your foot behind you and get a good, wide base.
  • Inhale, raise your hands up along your sides and bring your palms together.
  • Release and bring your hands together behind your back along your spine with your fingers pointing up (if this is too difficult, cross your arms behind your back.)
  • Exhale, and slowly bend your upper-body forward.
  • Be sure to bend from your hips and not your back.
  • Hips parallel to the floor, pull your chin to your chest and stretch your neck.

I have problems with this one. I don't ever feel like my spine is extending, but rather my hamstrings.
